It looks like there's been an unforeseen delay with the specific model you ordered. Customer: Unforeseen delay? The website clearly showed it as 'in stock' when I purchased it! I've been waiting two weeks with no email, no call. I only found out because I reached out. I'm very disappointed with the misleading stock information. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the inaccurate stock display on our website and the lack of proactive communication regarding this delay. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers, especially with such a significant purchase. Customer: So, what exactly is the status now?
